Standard plaque design should be as illustrated. Design variations may occur depending on plaque content.

A) Plaque should be made with a silver metal background. Relevant texts should be engraved in black. Plaque size should not be smaller than 10x13 cm.

B) Plaque should be made from crystal material. Relevant texts should be written in black on crystal material. Reference to “years of service” should be applied to crystal through blasting.
